Do I need any equipment to take lessons?

A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone is all you need. A stable internet connection helps keep the video smooth.

What if I am a complete beginner?

Beginners are welcome. Our teachers are experienced with learners at all levels, including those who have never spoken English with a native speaker before.

How long is each lesson?

Lessons are available in 25-minute and 50-minute formats. Many learners start with 25-minute sessions and increase once they settle into a routine.

Can I choose my own teacher?

Yes. Browse teacher profiles, watch introduction videos, and pick whoever feels right for you. You can also switch teachers at any time.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the lesson are fully refunded to your account balance. We ask for reasonable notice so teachers can plan their time.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts. You purchase lesson credits and use them at your own pace. There is no expiry pressure and no lock-in period.
